I'm a wife, a mom of three beautiful children, and a certified wedding and event planner. Creativity, design, and bringing joy to others have always been my passion.

How do I start a custom order?

Tap Start a Custom Order and tell us the occasion, the names or words you'd like, your colors and your date. It opens your email or messages app with everything filled in, so you just press send. You can also call, text or DM us on Instagram.

Will I see my design before it's made?

Yes. We send you a design preview first and adjust it until it's exactly right. Nothing is made until you approve it.

How soon do I need to order?

It depends on the piece and the quantity, so share your date as early as you can and we'll tell you what's possible for your timeline.

Do you deliver or ship?

We offer local delivery on Staten Island and surrounding areas, and we ship anywhere in the United States. We also ship internationally. Tell us where your order is headed and we'll confirm shipping cost and timing with your design preview.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Every piece is made just for you, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us photos and we'll make it right. Read our full policy.

Can you handle large or group orders?

Yes. From matching sets for a bridal party to branded apparel for your team, choose Business & Group Orders and tell us how many pieces you need.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. We genuinely care about your experience and will do our best to address your concerns and find an appropriate solution.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with photos so we can review the issue and assist you.
